Jamnalal bajaj institute of management (JBIMS) is one of the oldest B-schools in India with a legacy of over 52 years. JBIMS was established in 1965 by the University of Mumbai. JBIMS has been consistently ranked among the top 10 premier B-Schools in India. JBIMS was ranked 10th by Outlook ICARE Ranking 2024 among the public B-Schools in India. JBIMS was the first institute in India to provide a full-time 2-year Master in Management Studies (MMS). The intake for the MMS program is around 150 – 160, where the majority of the seats are reserved for Maharashtra domicile candidates. 
JBIMS MMS admission is based on the CMAT/ CAT/ MAH-MBA CET scores, followed by a Common Admission Process (CAP), conducted by DTE, Maharashtra. JBIMS CMAT cut-off 2024 is 99.99 percentile and MAH-MBA CET cutoff is 99.29 – 99.94 percentile.

Admission to JBIMS is primarily based on entrance test scores followed by a centralized counseling process (CAP). For the MMS program, candidates must apply through MAH CET CAP conducted by the Maharashtra DTE. JBIMS also accepts scores from CAT, CMAT, and MAH CET depending on the course.
